Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will hold a meeting with top state officials to review Odisha’s pending issues with the Centre in New Delhi on Wednesday.
The review comes a day ahead of the Centre’s scheduled meeting with state chief secretaries on Thursday.
According to officials, the CM took off from Bhubaneswar for Delhi at 9 am. He was accompanied by chief secretary Asit Tripathy, principal secretary (Home) Sanjeev Chopra, Director General of Police (DGP) BK Sharma and secretary to the CM (Transformation & Initiative).
They will attend the CM’s review meeting at Odisha Niwas at 5 pm. Odisha Chief Resident Commissioner Tuhin Kanta Pandey will also be present.
Naveen will leave for Bhubaneswar on Thursday.
Notably, the CM had recently asked all departments to submit detailed lists of the bills and schemes pending with the Centre for approval.
