Balasana (Child’s Pose) helps burn belly fat and maintain the functional capacity of the liver and kidneys. Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) corrects digestion and circulation of blood, and Titli Asana (Butterfly Pose) eliminates hip fat and clears up digestive problems.
