SP Leader Mulayam Singh Yadav Admitted To Hospital

New Delhi: Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav was admitted to Gurgaon’s Medanta hospital on Wednesday after he complained of body ache and joint pain.

The former Uttar Pradesh chief minister was brought to the hospital on Wednesday evening, The Indian Express reported.

“He was brought to the hospital after complaining of body ache and joint pain, and is undergoing treatment,” the report added.

Yadav had tested positive for COVID-19 in October last year and had been admitted to the same hospital for treatment. He had received his first dose of the coronavirus vaccine on June 7 this year.

The 81-year-old founder of the SP has served three terms as Uttar Pradesh’s chief minister and also as Union Defence Minister.
