Patna: A person named Sunny Leone has topped the list in the recruitment of Bihar Public Health Engineering Department. The photo has gone viral and the actress Sunny Leone was pleasantly surprised to know this.

The 27-year-old has topped the list out of 17000 aspirants with 98.5 per cent marks.
The name is a prank in all likelihood played by some aspirant while filing the application form, reports the Indian Express. Details will be known when the candidates are called for verification, it added.
