Washington: In a major diplomatic development, US President Donald Trump has declared that Iran is completely finished following a severe military conflict. Taking a highly aggressive stance, Trump asserted that Tehran would not receive even a single cent of financial assistance from the United States during the newly initiated diplomatic engagement.
