Mumbai: Among the richest and most paid actresses in the business is Bollywood’s “Desi Girl,” Priyanka Chopra. Apart from her film profession, she earns a neat income from investing and endorsement. Living in the US, the actress recently closed a multi-crore property deal in India selling four of her Mumbai flats with a nice profit.
According to Hindustan Times, Priyanka sold one family alone four Mumbai flats for nearly ₹16 crore. People from the Sachdeva family bought the units, therefore sealing the deals on March 3, 2025.
Sold for a total ₹16.17 crore, the four flats in Oberoi Sky Gardens, a residential complex in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala district, were One flat is on the 19th floor; three of these are on the 18th floor.

For 3.45 crore, Shruti Gaurav Sachdeva bought Flat 1801/A; she paid stamp duty of 17.26 lakh. The unit covers 1,075 square feet.
Sneha Dang Sachdeva bought Flat 1801/C for ₹2.85 crore paying stamp duty of ₹14.25 lakh. The flat comes in at 885 square feet.
Raunak Triloka Sachdeva bought Flat 1901/C for ₹3.52 crore paying a stamp duty charge of ₹21.12 lakh. This flat covers 1,101 square feet.
Apartment transactions for 1901/B and 1801/B came out at 6.35 crore combined. Rajni Trilok Sachdeva paid for these; her stamp fee was ₹31.75 lakh.
