Bhubaneswar: Several south-bound trains have been cancelled or diverted from Bhubaneswar due to flood situation in Andhra Pradesh for two days.
The East Coast Railway (ECoR) in a release said 2871 Bhubaneswar-Tirupati Express from Bhubaneswar will remain cancelled on November 21 for waterlogging on the train tracks in Vijayawada division of Andhra Pradesh.
Similarly, the South Central Railway has announced that 12845 Bhubaneswar-Yesvantpur Express from Bhubaneswar will be controlled or may be partially cancelled from Visakhapatnam.
According to reports, at least 25 people have been killed and 30 are missing in floods in four Rayalaseema districts, including Chittoor, Kadapa, Kurnool and Anantapur in the neighbouring state.
