A video shared on Twitter shows a pani-puri vendor mixing something in the water. He can then be seen supposedly urinating in a mug which he dips in the water bucket in front of him.
It is not clear if he mixed the urine in the pani-puri dip or he was washing the mug.
However, the act is clearly unhygienic and the police have arrested the man.
