10:05 am – PM Modi will reach Prayagraj Airport.
10:10 AM-Prayagraj Airport — DPS Helipad
10.45 am - PM will arrive at Arail Ghat.
10:50: He will board a boat from Arail Ghat to the Kumbh Mela
11:00 am — 11:30 am — Reserved time for the Prime Minister at the Kumbh Mela.
11.45 am – Boating back to Arail Ghat and then to DPS Helipad.
12:30 pm — PM departs Prayagraj by Indian Air Force aircraft.
Kumbh Mela Mass Participation
Tuesday, 4th February 2025, marks the 23rd day of the Kumbh Mela (13th January — 26th February 2025). The Mela started on 13th January 2025. As per the data released by the Uttar Pradesh government, more than 37 crore pilgrims have had a holy dip in the Sangam . Among those who will attend are Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, the former UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and the current Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adifityanath.
Stampede on Mauni Amavasya
The Kumbh Mela there witnessed a massive stampede on the day of Mauni Amavasya (29th January 2025), leading to significant blame games and accusations amongst political parties. The latest reports have said that 90 were injured and 30 fatalities.
