New Delhi: The Indian authorities adopted decisive measures for a strong response after Pahalgam experienced a terror attack in Jammu & Kashmir. The relationship between India and Pakistan has deteriorated seriously because Pakistan lost access to the Indus Water Treaty while all Pakistani visa privileges were eliminated. The Narendra Modi government will take more preventive measures in the upcoming days while refusing to yield.
Based on suspected militant presence, the Indian Army launches rapid full-scale military operations in Kashmir. Early in the morning on Friday, the Army executed home demolition procedures against two Lashkar-e-Taiba militants through separate operations. The managers Asif Sheikh and Adil Thokar serve as leaders for the militant group, according to investigators. The Indian military allocated Rs 20 lakh as reward money to capture Mongama Tral-based militant leader Asif Sheikh, whose residence they destroyed during the raid.
Security forces in Kashmir continue extensive search operations targeting outstanding terrorist groups who remain at large in the region. The Indian Army conducted a raid that resulted in demolition work on the home belonging to suspected militant Adil Thokar, who has ties to the recent attack. The army has designated Thokar as their chief tactical objective because he allegedly participated in the Pahalgam incident.
Cross-Border Firing and Foiled Infiltration Attempts
Following rising tensions, Pakistan made an attempt to worsen the situation through LoC ceasefire violations. Responding quickly, the Indian Army fired upon various Pakistani military defence sites. The retaliation exercise resulted in both structural damage to Pakistani military positions and the prevention of a terrorist infiltration operation which tried to cross the border using ceasefire disturbances.
