Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for transforming India into a global economic powerhouse. Highlighting the country’s rapid financial growth, the Chief Minister stated that India has authored a new chapter of economic strength under the Prime Minister’s decisive and visionary leadership.
Speaking on the concept of a ‘New India,’ Adityanath observed that the country now ranks among the fastest-growing major economies in the world. He pointed out that the nation is consistently setting fresh benchmarks in self-reliance, innovation, and comprehensive development.
“With the spirit of ‘Nation First,’ the roots of democracy have deepened in the new India,” Adityanath said. He emphasized that the common citizen is now at the center of all policy-making. “The welfare of the poor remains the top priority of our governance, while ‘Antyodaya’ serves as the foundation for self-reliance. Public participation has successfully turned development into a mass movement,” he added.
The Chief Minister noted that the promises of social justice, women’s empowerment, digital innovation, and economic prosperity are becoming a tangible reality. Drawing a sharp contrast with the global geopolitical climate, he remarked that while several parts of the world are currently grappling with violence and instability, India continues to march ahead with democratic stability, economic progress, and a profound cultural awakening.
Without naming specific opposition parties, Adityanath launched a scathing attack on what he termed “narrow-minded political forces.” He alleged that these groups are conspiring to plunge the country into the fires of instability, anarchy, and separatism purely for political greed. “These factions are constantly trying to tarnish India’s image on global platforms, completely ignoring national interests,” he stated.
Despite these political challenges, Adityanath assured that the country remains steadfast in its developmental goals. He highlighted Uttar Pradesh’s pivotal role in realizing the broader vision of a ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India). The Chief Minister explained that the state is accelerating progress across all sectors—from agriculture to manufacturing, and investment to employment generation—by leveraging its massive agricultural potential, expanding industrial base, modern infrastructure, and dynamic youth population.
Reiterating the core commitment of the ruling government, Adityanath concluded, “Our resolve remains unshakable. The nation’s interest is paramount, our national unity is intact, and the pace of development will remain relentless.”
