New Delhi: Several residents gathered outside Jama Masjid in Chhibramau after Friday prayer to express their resentment about the Pahalgam terror attack. Protesters who mainly came from the Muslim community created a fire to burn a Pakistan effigy while chanting Hindu nationalist slogans, including “Pakistan Murdabad” and “Hindustan Zindabad”. People united demonstrate strength, whereas isolation leads to defeat is a saying that perfectly describes how the street’s combined voices raised “Hindu-Muslim-Sikh-Isai, Aapas Mein Hain Bhai Bhai.”

The protest emerged following the April 22 Pahalgam terrorist attack that killed 26 victims, including a Nepali tourist, because of Lashkar-e-Taiba based in Pakistan. The demonstrators openly rejected terrorism because it goes against the basic principles of Islamic values. A magistrate alongside heavy police forces maintained peace throughout the demonstration. A group of Muslims living locally delivered an official request to the district officials to take swift action against terrorists as well as their associates who conducted the assault.

Passions ran high among the gathering people who demanded justice as they fought for peace in all parts of India. One protester demonstrated the communal determination to support government terrorism-fighting efforts. Many protesters were charged with emotions, yet they successfully completed this gathering without further problems to demonstrate unified opposition toward hostility.
