Bhubaneswar: Senior IPS officer Dhirendra Sambhaji Kutey was appointed as special secretary to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday.
The 1997-batch officer has been serving as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the CM since April 2017.
