Puri: Vigilance sleuths on Monday raided the office and houses of assistant engineer of Nimapara Irrigation Division, Puri, Laxmidhar Biswal on charges of amassing property disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Simultaneous raids were conducted at three places, including his house at Madhubana.
The exact amount of disproportionate assets is yet to be ascertained.
