Tokyo: To keep its workers happy, a firm in Japan has put on this strange perk for them. One such company, Osaka-based Trust Ring, lets its employees consume alcohol during working hours and provides hangover leave as well. The target is to attract fresh recruits and build a friendly office space.
In India, most companies pay good salaries and hikes to their employees, but Trust Ring has a different way of doing it for its employees. The organisation pays for different drinks during working hours and gives 2-3 hours of hangover leave to employees.
Trust Ring is a small company and frankly cannot compete with larger companies because of its budget, said the CEO, after learning the above, they are just trying to keep a unique and fun vibe with every new hire. The CEO stated, “We will never be able to pay the same as larger companies, but we can offer an enjoyable relaxed atmosphere that encourages people to stay with us.” The CEO also drinks with his employees and personally introduces new hires.
Potential salary from a company: About 127,000 yen. Employees are also paid for 20 hours of overtime . That blend, along with other benefits, might provide some employees with just what they desire: a new way of looking at the day at the office.
