Jaipur: Some picture melt your heart and stay in the memory for ages.
Social media was flooded with one such memorable image recently. Indian Forest Service officer Susanta Nanda shared a picture of a woman wearing a pink saree tying a rakhi to an ailing leopard. It went viral in next to no time.
The viral photo, from Rajasthan, is a perfect example of humans and animals co-existing in harmony.
“For ages, man & animal in India have lived in harmony with unconditional love to the wild. In Rajasthan, a lady shows this unfettered love to our wild by tying a Rakhi (symbol of love & brotherhood) to an ailing Leopard before handing over to Forest Department,” Nanda wrote on Twitter along with the picture.

The Internet went gaga over the woman’s brilliant gesture towards the ailing animal, with Twitterati flooding the comments section.
“Tying a rakhi is symbolical… the love and affection is so beautiful… as shown by the lady… and a big applause to all the staff who take care of our forests,” one user wrote.
“That is how it should be. We need to coexist with forests and wildlife. God made all types of life and world is not only for human beings,” another person wrote.
