Lucknow: Emphasising the need for national unity for the growth of India, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath celebrated Holi in Gorakhpur. According to him, India cannot become a developed nation until its people are united; hence, no outside intervention can stop this development should the nation stay united.

CM Yogi underlined the importance of the Sanatan custom during the celebrations since he thinks it represents power and harmony. He said that the grandeur of Indian celebrations, such as the most recent Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, highlights the cultural diversity of the nation and the capacity for bringing people together. Over 66 crore people took part in the Kumbh Mela without any discrimination, therefore proving India’s power and solidarity.

Participating in customary Holi events, including Holika Dahan and processions, CM Yogi engaged the public and disseminated ideas of harmony and peace. Reflecting his dedication to environmental and animal welfare, he also spent time with animals, giving gulal to cows and feeding birds.
