New Delhi: The refreshed Tigor sedan is the first car to roll off Tata Motors’ plate this year, which puts it as a much stronger competitor against the updated Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Honda Amaze, to name a few. The starting price for the new Tigor is Rs 5.99 lakh, down by a lot from what the previous car was being sold for.
Design Evolution
However, the 2025 Tigor has received a few updates to its exterior, bringing a redesigned front grille and slightly modified bumpers, while new LED headlights are also present. The sedan still sports its 15-inch alloy wheels, as well as a shark-fin antenna that sets the car apart.

The engine remains the same 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol that does duty in the current Tigor, which makes a healthy 86 PS and 113 Nm of torque. CNG version good for 73.4 PS and 95 Nm. Both versions are available with manual as well as AMT transmission options.

The 2025 Tigor introduces a revised variant structure:
Base XM variant: Rs 5.99 lakh
Mid-range XZ Plus: Rs 7.90 lakh
Top-end XZ Plus Lux: Rs 8.50 lakh
CNG variants: Rs 7.70 lakh to Rs 9.50 lakh
