Parineeti Chopra & Raghav Chadha’s Dream Wedding Sets Couple Goals

New Delhi: Yet another Bollywood heroine got married on Sunday. ‘Ishaqzade’ star Parineeti Chopra got married to AAP politician Raghav Chadha at Udaipur’s Leela Palace Hotel. Needless to say the bride and groom looked ethereal. She wore a blush lehenga and he a cream sherwani. The photos posted by Parineeti on her Instagram profile give glimpses of the jaimala and pheras as well as one in which he plants a kiss on her forehead.

“From the very first chat at the breakfast table, our hearts knew,” Parineeti wrote, referring to a post she shared after the engagement in May in which she revealed that she had known Raghav was “the one” over a fateful breakfast date. “Been waiting for this day for a long time. So blessed to finally be Mr and Mrs Couldn’t have lived without each other. Our forever begins now,” read Parineeti’s caption.

Raghav’s sehrabandi took place at Lake Palace and the baaraat left for the wedding venue in curtained boats. A jaimala was followed by the pheras and then the vidaai.

Earlier, singer Navraj Hans performed at the 90s-themed sangeet. Last week, an ardas and a Sufi night were held in New Delhi.

Conspicuous by her absence was Parineeti’s cousin Priyanka Chopra. Priyanka was busy working, her mother Madhu said while flying out of Udaipur on Monday morning. Karan Johar was scheduled to be at the wedding but is reported to have had a family emergency, NDTV reported.

Parineeti Chopra was last seen in Uunchai. Her next release is Mission Raniganj opposite Akshay Kumar. She will also be seen in Amar Singh Chamkila with Diljit Dosanjh.
