Cuttack: A biography of Odisha’s legendary leader and former Chief Minister of Odisha Biju Patnaik will soon be published by the National Book Trust India.
Noted writer and Gandhian Scholar Dr. Pabak Kanungo will pen the biography to be published under Builders of Modern Indian series.
