Bijapur: A Maoist was killed in an encounter with the Police in the Hurgrepal-Bechapal forests of Bijapur district. The dead body of the slain man was later recovered, cSundararaj confirmed.
CRPF personnel and DRG jawans had ventured out from Dantewada and Bijapur on anti-Naxal operations. They recovered a large amount of materials used by Naxalites from the area.
