Bhubaneswar: Industrialist Ratan Tata is a well-known name in the country. Even as Tata is a household name for the group’s business that encompasses all facets of life, few know about the personal life of Ratan and even less about his relatives.
Besides being a daring visionary in the business practices that has stood him high above his accomplished contemporary, Ratan has won many hearts for his humanitarian gestures and philanthropic endeavours. The 82-year-old industrialist has been conferred “Padma Bhusan” (2000) and “ Padma Vibhusan”(2008).

Jimmy Naval Tata
A shareholder in Tata Sons and several other Tata companies, the secluded Jimmy is a trustee of Sir Ratan Tata Trust, a position he inherited after his father Naval died in 1989 as per his will. He prefers to remain under the shadow of his elder brother Ratan Tata.
A bachelor, Jimmy lives in a two BHK apartment in Colaba, Mumbai and possesses 3,262 ordinary shares of the Tata company, according to a TOI report.
Simone Naval Tata
She is a Swiss-born member of Tata family. Born and brought up in Geneva, she married Naval Tata in 1955 and shifted to India permanently. She has served as the managing director of Lakme Ltd and is the founder of Trent. She served Trent as non-executive chairman until October 2006. She is the mother of Noel Tata and stepmother of Ratan Tata.
Noel N Tata
He is the present chairman of Tata International Ltd. He served the Trent Limited as managing director and vice-chairman before becoming its chairman in 2014. He is the son of Naval H Tata and Simone Naval Tata. Noel is half brother of Ratan and Jimmy from his parental side having an Irish citizenship.
Jimmy Minocher Tata
He is the son of Minocher Tata. He is on the board of HDB Financial Limited and chief credit officer at HDFC Bank Limited.
Neville Tata
He is the son of Noel Tata and Aloo Mistry. His spouse is Manasi Kirloskar who is the director of Kirloskar Tech. They have a son named Jamset Tata. Neville Tata works with Trent and one of the leading players of the branded technologies.
Leah Tata
She is the eldest daughter of Noel Tata and is working in the Tata Group likes other professional businessmen.
Maya Tata
She is the youngest daughter of Noel Tata and is leading the Tata Digital. At the Tata Opportunities Fund, Maya Tata has handled investor relationship and portfolio management as per the Economic Times.
