New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will hold the JEE Main 2021 from Tuesday, February 23.
JEE Main 2021 exam’s February Session will be conducted on February 23, 24, 25, and 26. JEE Main exam 2021 would be held in two shifts — from 9 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 6 pm.
The JEE Main 2021 will be a computer-based test (CBT) that will take place in various centres across 331 cities in the country and abroad.
The NTA has issued guidelines for candidates appearing for the February session exam. The agency has asked students not to wear shoes/footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons at the exam hall.
The supervisors of the exam centre have been instructed to thoroughly sanitise the seating area before every shift.
The sanitisation would include disinfecting the monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam, desk and chair. The door handles, staircase railing, lift buttons, etc will also be disinfected. Wheelchairs (if present at the venue) will need to be disinfected.
Candidates should maintain a space of at least 6 feet from each other. Queue manager/ropes and Floor Marks will be arranged outside the centre.
Hand sanitisers have also been made available at entry and inside the exam hall.
Meanwhile, the JEE (Main) is being held in Odisha in Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Angul, Bhadrak, Baripada, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Keonjhar, Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Bhawanipatna and Jeypore centres.
The use of a face mask has been made mandatory for candidates as a part of COVID-19 precautionary measure.
