Nagpur: The take-off of a Delhi-bound IndiGo flight with Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on board was aborted at Nagpur airport following a “serious error” on Tuesday morning.
IndiGo flight 6E 636 from Nagpur to Delhi was moments from take-off when the pilot was alerted about an error, NDTV reported. The pilot aborted take-off and the plane returned from the runway to the taxiway.
Passengers, including Road Transport Minister Gadkari, were de-boarded. All the passengers are safe and are waiting at Nagpur airport for an alternative flight, airport officials said.
