Bhubaneswar: To ensure better healthcare to the people, the Odisha government has decided to take the feedback from the patients undergoing treatment in various government hospitals in the state.
Talking to the mediapersons after presiding over a meeting of the Chief District Medical Officers (CDMOs) at the State Secretariat here on Thursday, Health and Family Welfare minister Naba Kumar Das said his department will take the feedback from the patients about their treatment in the government hospitals.
“A team will be formed under the direct supervision of the Health Minister and the secretary concerned. The team, in a telephonic conversation with the patients, will collect their feedback about the health services being provided to them by the hospitals as well as the problems they are facing while undergoing treatment,” the minister added.
