Future Aliens Could Mock Humanity: Elon Musk’s Shocking Prediction

San Francisco: In a recent speech, Elon Musk, the head of Tesla and SpaceX, emphasised his worries about the risk of humanity not colonising Mars and said aliens might have to laugh at us for not acting. Musk’s idea of setting up a human community on Mars is famous; he was attending a meeting where he interacted with an excited audience, talking about the importance of this mission.

Musk stated, “If we don’t reach Mars due to regulations, then future aliens will mock us.” This statement was shared in a video by Twitter user DogeDesigner, who captioned it with Musk’s remarks. The multibillionaire was also seen wearing a T-shirt that reads “Occupy Mars,” which further illuminates his devotion to the project.

Musk is not just thinking about Mars as the next planet, but rather a “new world” that will be reminiscent of the historical expansion of America. He aims to build a completely autonomous city on Mars in the next three decades. To initiate this grand venture, SpaceX will send its largest rocket, Starship, on a Mars-bound unmanned mission by 2026. If successful, human missions could happen in four years.

Musk’s main intention is to resettle one million people to Mars, which in turn will be a home for the future generations. He advocates the view that colonising Mars is the key to the survival of the human race and to the expansion of our species from the Earth to other planets.

In his address, Musk pointed out the hardships that the first settlers will encounter, depicting life on Mars as “dangerous, cramped, and difficult.” He envisaged that the first dwellers would put in a lot of effort to get accustomed to the gruelling circumstances. The estimated price for a one-way ticket to Mars would be around $100,000, which Musk defended as not being expensive for those who are adventurous and would like to endeavour on this journey.

Musk’s imagination has set the world on fire and created a hot topic of debate among many of his fans and the broader public. While he is at it, making significant breakthroughs in the field of space exploration, people are left with uncertainties about what space travel will look like in the future and whether we will be able to settle different worlds.
