New Delhi: A recent report by a US media organisation has drawn alleged connections between the ongoing riots in France and recent protests in India. According to a Fox News broadcast, a sprawling network of 101 organisations operating across nine countries is deeply involved in orchestrating, coordinating, and digitally amplifying civil unrest across Europe and potentially beyond.

At the centre of this narrative is an organisation identified as the Indian Alliance Paris (IAP). The group, which operates out of France, allegedly serves as a bridge connecting the agitators in France with the demonstrations occurring in India. The report indicates that the IAP has collaborated closely with ‘The People’s Forum’, a group based in Manhattan, New York.

The IAP purportedly cross-referenced Indian protests with international movements, sharing synchronized messages related to demonstrations in both France and India. However, the media report explicitly notes that no concrete evidence has been provided to prove that these foreign entities directly incited the protests in India or controlled them from abroad.

The investigation further highlights the role of ‘Progressive International’, a body that aims to unify various global political and social movements. On October 16, this organisation reportedly released a bulletin concurrently discussing the unrest in France, Spain, Albania, and India. The group deliberated on how these disparate movements could be consolidated into a unified political force, stating its intention to foster connections among them.

Additionally, the Fox News report mentions organisations linked to US businessman Neville Roy Singham, claiming that media groups associated with him, including CODEPINK and BreakThrough News, actively propagated the European protests. CODEPINK allegedly utilised the momentum from the French demonstrations to promote a domestic campaign in the US from November 10 to 12, demanding a shift in government spending from the military to education, health, and housing.

Looking ahead, the report outlines the agitators’ future plans in France, dubbing their upcoming mobilization on October 24 as ‘Act-II’, with a digital map pinpointing 212 protest locations. This is expected to be followed by ‘Act-III’ on October 31, and further demonstrations into November. Moreover, various international student and youth organisations are gearing up for an ‘International Youth Strike’ on November 20 to protest inflation, public spending cuts, military budgets, and the capitalist system.

Despite mapping this vast international network of protest coordinators, the fundamental claim that foreign powers are actively inciting or orchestrating protests in India currently remains without definitive proof.
