Mumbai: In what promises to be an action-packed week for investors, five companies are gearing up to launch their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) next week. Aiming to raise an aggregate amount of around Rs 2,600 crore from the primary market, these offerings will span diverse sectors such as alternative investments, polymers, steel processing, wastewater treatment, and jewellery retail.
The primary market continues to show remarkable momentum. Experts indicate that these companies are rushing to announce their price bands and launch schedules by November 5, factoring in the extended Diwali holidays in regions like Gujarat, where business activities might be subdued due to ‘Labh Pancham’ festivities. Thus far in 2026, 104 companies have collectively raised over Rs 1.4 lakh crore via IPOs, underscoring strong investor sentiment.
The upcoming IPOs, set to open for public subscription between October 26 and October 29, include prominent names like EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, and M K Sons Fine Jewels Ltd.
Leading the pack is Edelweiss Financial Services’ unit, EAAA India Alternatives, which aims to raise Rs 1,200 crore. The issue, entirely an Offer For Sale (OFS), will open on October 26 and close on October 28 with a price band of Rs 1,585 to Rs 1,665 per share.
SFC Environmental Technologies, a provider of wastewater treatment solutions, will launch its Rs 668 crore IPO with a price band set at Rs 313-330 per share. The offering, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 150 crore and an OFS component, aims to fund debt repayment and working capital requirements.
M K Sons Fine Jewels Ltd will introduce a Rs 275.4 crore issue on October 28. Priced between Rs 153 and Rs 162 per share, the fresh proceeds will be channeled toward opening a new showroom in Maharashtra and expanding inventory in Gujarat.
Adding to the list, BLS Polymers Ltd is set to float a Rs 255 crore purely fresh issue on October 27, priced at Rs 142-150 per share, to expand its manufacturing facility and enhance production capacity. Lastly, Bombay Coated And Special Steels Ltd will open its Rs 183.1 crore IPO on October 29 with a price band of Rs 78-82 per share to predominantly repay existing debts and acquire capital equipment.
