Mumbai: Vishal Bhardwaj is an acclaimed filmmaker who has won several National awards and Filmfare accolades.
The man who has made movies like ‘Maqbool’, ‘Omkara’, ‘Haider’, ‘7 Khoon Maaf’ and ‘Rangoon’ has recently helmed a short film titled ‘Fursat’.
Starring Ishaan Khatter and Wamiqa Gabbi, ‘Fursat’ is about a man who attains the power to glimpse into the future with the help of an ancient relic.
The 30-minute film, which was released on YouTube on February 3, already has had 21 million views, and counting.
Among those who have been bowled over by ‘Fursat’ is Apple CEO Tim Cook, who hailed its cinematography and choreography.
But why did Cook watch the Hindi film in the first place?
Well, the movie has been shot entirely on the iPhone 14 Pro!

Sharing a link of ‘Fursat’, Cook wrote on Twitter: “Check out this beautiful Bollywood film from director @VishalBhardwaj that explores what might happen if you could see into the future. Incredible cinematography and choreography, and all #ShotoniPhone.”
Bhardwaj said he was ‘humbled’.
“I’m humbled with this overwhelming adulation. Thank you @Apple for this opportunity!” the director responded.
