Srinagar: After Operation Sindoor’s victory, Pakistan felt frustrated and attacked civilians and holy areas along the LoC. An Indian Army official in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch area says India responded quickly and efficiently, as Indian troops destroyed Pakistani military positions and ended their bold actions. As a result of the attack in Pahalgam, India’s response in Balakot showed it would use precision and strength to fight terrorism. This caused serious damage to Pakistan.

A Resolute Response to Provocation

As far as Operation Sindoor is concerned, the officer said it strongly opposed Pakistan’s cowardly actions. According to him, “They shot their bullets, and we guarantee we will respond without pause.” Instead of reacting on the spot, India carefully planned a major strike to wipe out Pakistan’s terrorist network. On May 6-7, 2025, Indian forces launched heavy attacks against every enemy position that broke the ceasefire. As company commander, the officer led from a forward post and pointed out how India executed its strike with high precision.

Pakistan’s desperate tactics

According to the officer, despite failing to break through Indian borders, Pakistan fired at targets all over India. Both military places and places where civilians gathered or revered sacred sites were hit by heavy artillery fire. Operation Sindoor, he said, forced Pakistan to escalate its actions due to damage it caused to their key military systems. After failing in their attacks, they turned away from our soldiers and attacked innocent people and holy places, according to him.

India’s tactical superiority

India’s response was swift and devastating. According to the officer, the Army sent forward a collection of advanced weapons backed by sophisticated surveillance technology. Precise strikes were made possible because drones and monitoring devices provided live information on Pakistani locations. Our teams stopped their attacks using drone-jamming and spoofing, he added. The attacks on the LoC posts caused huge destruction to Pakistan, leaving them unable to sustain fighting beyond the border. The success has proved that India is advanced technologically and has strong will.

The Genesis of Operation Sindoor

The reason for Operation Sindoor was a terrible attack by terrorists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on April 22, 2025. Terrorists murdered tourists not armed with weapons, asking them about their religion before killing them, which greatly upset the nation. Adopting a position of absolute rejection, India did whatever it could to eliminate terrorism. India and Pakistan agreed to cancel the Indus Water Treaty and expelled each other’s nationals. On May 6-7, a special operation was carried out to eliminate nine camps belonging to infiltrating groups in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The strikes resulted in the death of approximately 100 terrorists and the destruction of significant terror infrastructure.

Despite launching drone and missile strikes, Pakistan did not succeed because India’s Akashtir detected and destroyed their threats before they hit the mark. Because of the failed advance, both combatants agreed to a ceasefire arranged by foreign mediators on May 12. Despite this, India closely watches Pakistan’s behaviour at the LoC.

A Clear Message for Pakistan

Operation Sindoor redefines India’s approach to cross-border terrorism. The officer’s report proves the country’s strong and unchanging stance against immigration crimes. “We have shown that any terror attempt will meet an aggressive response,” the President said. Since Pakistan’s army positions are in poor shape and their terrorists are weak, India has clearly shown that aggression will be responded to with great force. The nation’s sovereignty and honour have been protected by the Indian Army since the ceasefire has been in place.
