Pushpalata, who lives in Mir Bagh Colony, adopted Shafi, a one-month-old white kitten, a year ago. Sadly, in June last year, the cat went missing. Pushpalata and her family recently saw an old brown cat like Shafi at their neighbor’s house. Pushpalata took it home, thinking it was her missing cat, prompting a claim and counterclaim battle with her neighbor Ashraf, who said the cat belonged to him.
Coy and Joy Latimer, an elderly couple married for 67 years who have only grown closer as caregivers during Joy’s battle with advanced Alzheimer’s. She forgets everything apart from her husband.
