NewDelhi: No sooner had former Indian opener Virender Sehwag made news for his personal life. Now, it has been reported that all is not well between Sehwag and his wife , Aarti Ahlawat. Rumour has it that the two are living apart and are going to file for divorce. That said, neither Sehwag nor Aarti has commented on the subject yet. As these reports surfaced, a video of a massive argument by Sehwag and Aarti appeared on social media.
The viral video also features Sehwag and Aarti in a vehicle, apparently furious at one another and fighting. The video has sparked several fan theories, particularly speculation that the fight may have caused a rift in their relationship. But very much, the video has been crafted using ways together with artificial intelligence (AI), and wrongful claims are shared on social media.
Adding more fuel to the latter separation rumours, Sehwag and Aarti have stayed away from public space for quite a while and unfollowed each other on social media. The husband and wife are said to be contemplating a so-called “grey divorce,” which has a maximum of 40 years, along with a fellow for those mature because of the half-dozen per cent. The court considers property division, alimony, retirement benefits, and so forth in such situations.
For the uninitiated, Sehwag and Aarti tied the knot on 22 April 2004. The couple have two sons, Aryavir Sehwag and Vedant Sehwag. Even more interesting is that Aarti and Sehwag have known each other since childhood. In the year 2002, Aarti got engaged with Sehwag for marriage. However, because their families were against the match due to family relations, they did not marry for some time.
