“Amit Shah Should Be Arrested,” Says AAP’s Priyanka Kakkar Ahead Of Delhi Elections

NewDelhi: The political tussle over the national security breach and the voter fraud allegations has been the major issue raised by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the Indian capital. The BJP has dismissed AAP regarding the claims of security violation that were submitted. BJP leader Smriti Irani hosted a press conference where she accused the AAP of fake documents concerning national security.

The allegations knocking at the BTS party door were promptly rebuffed by AAP spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar, who stated, “This is totally a trumpet call for the dump.” Kakkar suggested that Shah, Puri, and the rest should be sent straight to jail.

The “treason” case Kakkar said should be lodged against Shah, who is tasked with disarming the borders, but his performance is so miserable. Additionally, she called for Puri’s arrest for citing that he informed the Prime Minister’s Office on 17 August 2022 about the matter of Rohingyas being settled in the Bakkarwala area of Delhi.
AAP Condemns Voting Fraud

The AAP spokesperson pointed out the dramatic increase in voter figures at the apartments of BJP MPs and other ministers’ residences after December 15. “Where there were only a few votes before, now there are up to 40. This shows that the BJP is panicking, and we will continue to expose their scams,” Kakkar asserted.

Counterclaims and Accusations
A senior Union Minister, Irani Smriti, on the other hand, made serious accusations against AAP MLA Mahendra Goyal during her conference. She brought to the assembly’s notice that a case was filed in December, 2024, at the Sangam Vihar police station concerning the production of pirated Aadhaar, PAN, and voter cards.

Irani said that the findings by the police saw a shop across the street in Sector 5, Rohini, which allegedly was made for the undocumented Bangladeshi freedmen to use fake Aadhaar cards. Farther, she added that the tech items that were seized from the shop, their owners had connections to AAP leaders.

Evidence and Implications
Irani informed that the police discovered 26 forms with Aadhaar updates that were stamped and signed by AAP MLA Mahendra Goyal from the Rithala assembly constituency. Also, there were signatures and stamps of MLA Jai Bhagwan assembly Bawana. She asserted that at the time of the verification, 15 forms were acknowledged to use Goyal’s signature and stamp during the publishing of the fake Aadhaar cards.

The fracture in between these two political parties is getting thicker; both sides are constantly hurling abuses at each other, yet AAP asserts that the BJP plays the trump card, fearing that they would lose in Delhi. The fluctuations are continuing from the streets, helplessly looking on; it would be an impacting issue for the national well-being and the electoral process in the capital.
