Tehran/Jerusalem: The Middle East is on the cusp of the next big conflict, with Iran set to launch a huge reprisal attack on Israel in response to recent armed engagements. In view of new information that was intercepted by the United States, Iran is likely to fire 4000 missiles at the Israel and may do it tonight. At the same time, the Israel’s administration has pledged to retaliate an earlier attack on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu house. Netanyahu has given his words to demolish the nuclear installations in Iran and powerful American bombs are on their way to supplement this promise.
Call it what you will: the massive American bomb arrives in Israel/
The United States is preparing to provide a devastating bomb to Israel, GBU-43/B or the “Mother of All Bombs”. The type of bomb found also detonates the equivalent of 11 tones of TNT but its weight is 9,800 kilogrammes. It also possesses GPS government ability hence can target its landing accurately. Although the bomb is rather massive it can be operated and deployed by the Israelian C-130 Hercules aircraft.
The bomb is expected to demolish Iran’s underground nuclear installations. To achieve this, Israeli aircraft will have to overfly Iranian territory – a course of action that can be expected to encounter determined opposition, in the form of airdefence systems. The GBU-43/B bomb is actually a guided missile that is programmed to dig 200 feet beneath the ground before exploding with force sufficient enough to obliterate deep-seated nuclear complexes.
Additional US Support: GBU-57 Bomb
Other than GBU-43/B, the US is also dropping GBU-57 a very large bunker-busting bomb with a mass of 13,600 KG and blast 2,400 KGS. But for now, Israel has no B-2 bombers which are usually used in delivering this weapon. However, it may be launched using Israel’s F 15 Thunder jets They reflect an excellent outlook at most places of appeal in that nation thanking to distinct vision seeing technology. The GBU-57 has been previously used by United States to take out an underground missile facility in Yemen.
Israel Gears Up for Battle
After testing these bombs in Yemen, the U.S. is supplying two of them to Israel to destroy Iranian nuclear installations. America has been subsidising Israel that is now girding up for a broader war. Information suggests that the Israeli military is set to start hiring more soldiers in a bid to de-escalate this new military upsurge.
The latest development was recognised by the Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant who said, “The situation has become extremely tense.” We are being attacked at different fronts; and the attackers are maiming and killing our defence force. We need more forces. This means that the israel country is prepared to combat any manner weaponry of attack.” He said that the ground operation in Lebanon in the recent past was carried out only after ensuring security from the United States.
Iran supported by Russias defence industry
The United States has promised full support to Israel, at the same time, Iran also feels confident as Russia supports. The US aims at seeing the thrash Iran’s nuclear dreams through Israel as Iran’s nuclear initiative has presented itself as a major threat to the Americans. The U.S does not wish to directly engage in any war although they intend to cripple Iran while on their part Russia has embarked on drawing its own strategies for the fututre of the Middle East.
While Israel gets THAAD air defence systems from the US, Russia has placed its sophisticated S-400s in Iran. It is estimated today there are about 65,000 American soldiers in the Persian Gulf region, and the planes for striking Iran are attack fighters and bombers at nearby airbases. If ever and order is coming from the Pentagon, Iran could strike by attacks from these American bases. Russia, on the other hand, is said to be looking for troops from North Korea to enhance it own military. In such complicated situation, how Russia ‘help’ Iran stay nuclear is perhaps one of the many big questions.
