RRB Reschedules Key Exams For 2024: Everything Applicants Need To Know

New Delhi: RRB has changed the exam dates for the posts like ALP, RPF SI, Technician, JE, CMA, and Metallurgical Supervisor as part of RRB Recruitment 2024. Aspirants have been urged to visit RRB’s official website at rrbcdg.gov.in to cheque the new exam timetable. As prescribed by the official notice, these changes of the dates have stemmed from administrative considerations.

According to the RRB, the examination for CEN 01/2024 (RPF SI) will be postponed from 2nd December to 12th December 2024. However, there is any shift in the CEN 01/2024 (ALP) CBT schedule which is slmted to hold from 25th November to 29th November 2024.

Likewise the CEN 02/2024 (Technician) has also been changed the exam schedule is from 18/12/2024 to 29/12/2024. Candidates intending to write CEN 03/2024 (JE, CMA, and Metallurgical Supervisor) will sit for these from 13 December to 17 December 2024.

Some Useful Information on Exam City, Travel Authority & e-Call Letters
RRB will release the exam city and date on all the official websites of RRB 10 days before the exam dates along with the web link for the download of the travel authority of SC/T candidates. The e-call letter for the exams can be downloaded four days prior to the test date mentioned on the website of the RRB.

AADHAAR originally needed to enter the examination hall
Students have to complete Aadhaar linked biometric iris scan before sitting in the examination hall of the respective examination centre. While there, candidates are asked to bring and present their original Aadhaar card to enable this verification process. For those who have not done Aadhaar verification the Examcon sub link directs pto their respective and official site o retain credentials of RRB and rrbapply.gov.in and follow the easy and fast entry option on the day of examination.
