Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the release of ‘Dunki’, his third film of the year.
Days before ‘Dunki’ hits theatres on December 21, Shah Rukh has heaped praises on his co-star Vicky Kaushal, calling the ‘Sam Bahadur’ one of the finest actors he has worked with.
Not only that, the ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan’ megastar said that he had learnt from Vicky during the filming of ‘Dunki’.
“Vicky is a great friend. I personally feel he is one of the finest actors I have worked with. When you watch him in Dunki, you will feel a lot of love for him. He has done really, really well, and I got to learn from him, actually,” Shah Rukh said during a promotional event in Dubai.
‘Dunki’, the first collaboration between director Rajkumar Hirani and Shah Rukh, also features Taapsee Pannu and Boman Irani among others.
Vicky recalled during a recent ‘Koffee with Karan’ episode how Shah Rukh felt terrible when they had to shoot for a ‘Dunki’ scene with a body double.
Vicky said Shah Rukh had to leave for Delhi, but the day after, the duo had to shoot an important scene of the film. Due to Shah Rukh’s absence, they shot with his body double. A guilty Shah Rukh later apologised to Vicky for his absence.
