Raipur: Vishnu Deo Sai was sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh today, marking a new chapter in the state’s political landscape. Joining him in the ceremony were Arun Sao and Vijay Sharma, who were sworn in as Deputy Chief Ministers.
The oath-taking ceremony witnessed the presence of several dignitaries, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and Home Minister Amit Shah. The august gathering underscored the significance of this event.
Prior to the ceremony, Vishnu Deo Sai paid his respects at his residence and at the Jagannath Temple in Raipur. He also garlanded the statues of freedom fighter Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, demonstrating his commitment to the values and ideals upon which the nation was built.
