Berlin: Prime Minister Narendra Modi was warmly greeted in Berlin on Monday.
A number of families from the Indian community, including children, turned up to greet the PM.
A little girl of Indian origin presented him a painting, while a boy sang a patriotic song.
A video of Modi appreciating the Indian boy’s song went viral, and was shared among others by Akshay Kumar on Twitter.
“दिल ख़ुश हो गया इस बच्चे के देशप्रेम के इतने प्यारे अन्दाज़ को देख के (this kid’s expression of love for the country warmed the hearts). @narendramodi ji you gave him the moment of his life,” Akshay tweeted.
The Kashmir Files director Vivek Agnihotri also shared the video, saying that Modi was the ‘first musical PM of India.’
“This is so heartwarming. I love the way @narendramodi connects with children. And his sense of beat… wow! Perhaps, the first musical @PMOIndia of India,” Agnihotri posted.
