Kyiv: The Indian Embassy in Ukraine has issued a fresh advisory for Indian nationals trying to leave the war-torn country, asking them not to move to any of the border posts without prior coordination with Indian officials at the posts and the embassy.
Thousands of Indians are stranded in Ukraine after Russia attacked the country. More than 1,500 students from Odisha are also stuck, awaiting evacuation.
India is focusing on evacuating Indians through Ukraine’s land borders with Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Romania after Ukraine closed its airspace.
The border posts are seeing a rush of people trying to flee Ukraine.
