New Delhi: The National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) has set up a dedicated Customer Care Unit which will facilitate interaction of customers with all its business units.
The team will support customer queries 24×7.

NIXI’s operations are three-fold — Internet Exchange, Dot IN Registry and IRINN.
Currently, all three units deal with their respective customers, supporting and managing their queries. The same customer may at times be availing of services from two units of NIXI and interact with different teams. To overcome this and make the experience seamless and more efficient for its customers, NIXI has set up the Customer Care Unit.
“In our continuous endeavour to serve the Indian Internet community, NIXI has announced the formation of Customer Care Unit, which will be managing the complete life cycle of the customer right from their onboarding till the exit. This initiative will make the interaction of the customer seamless and more efficient,” NIXI CEO Anil Kumar Jain said.
