New Delhi: The Directorate General Of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Monday, issued fresh guidelines for airlines and their crew.
According to the guidelines:
- Risk assessment for crew shall be done by the concerned airlines’ doctor.
- The crew will be tested as per ICMR guidelines.
- Whether a crew member should be subjected to 14-day home quarantine will be based on ‘risk assessment.’
- However, if a passenger tests #COVID19 positive in the flight, 14-day home quarantine is mandatory for the crew.
- Crew members should download the Aarogya Setu app to monitor their health.
