Member of Parliament, Aparajita Sarangi on Wednesday nominated Rabi Moharana instead of Ashok Kumar Mohanty as her representative for Bhubaneswar block under Bhubaneswar Parliamentary constituency. He will represent her at block level meetings. All communication/intimations should be made to Moharana, said an official letter.
